I do three different circuits. The first one is a basic circuit where I do some squats and lunges, push-ups, pull-ups, that kind of stuff. Then I go into the second circuit which incorporates weights and dumbbells, so you can use those if you want to or not use them at all; it’s up to you. The third circuit includes kettlebells and sandbags and things like that again, you don’t have to use any of these items but they are there if you need them. When you finish this exercise, your heart rate will skyrocket! You’ll also give your body a great full-body workout. No gym is required – just a 15-minute session three times per week.
